Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aurexio (the "Service"), an online studio for designing and purchasing digital and print-ready virtual cards. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Aurexio lets you select a card template (or start from a blank canvas), customize it in our online editor with AI-assisted design tools, and purchase the final design. After successful payment we generate a high-resolution, print-ready PDF of your design and deliver it to your email address. You can also re-download your files from your account at any time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Guest checkout is available for some purchases; an email address is required for delivery.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Taxes are included where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment partners (such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, and Tazapay). Your order is confirmed once the payment provider reports a successful charge.
• Delivery is digital: your print-ready files are emailed to the billing email address, typically within minutes of payment.

4. License to your purchased designs

When you purchase a design, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, print, and reproduce the resulting card files for personal or commercial purposes. The underlying template artwork remains the property of Aurexio and its designers; you may not resell or redistribute the raw templates themselves.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of text and images you upload to the editor. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service (rendering previews, generating PDFs, and delivering your order). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• No attempts to disrupt, probe, or overload the Service.
• No reselling or scraping of the template library.

7. Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly, so our refund rules are described in detail in our Refund Policy. In short: if your file was not delivered, is corrupted, or materially does not match the preview, we will re-deliver or refund you in full.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurexio's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurexio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
