Refund Policy

Aurexio sells digital design files that are generated and delivered instantly after payment. Because of the nature of digital goods, this policy explains exactly when refunds are available.
1. When you are entitled to a full refund
- Non-delivery — your print-ready file was not delivered to your email and is not available in your account within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Corrupted or unusable file — the delivered PDF cannot be opened or printed, and we are unable to re-deliver a working file within 48 hours.
- Material mismatch — the delivered file materially differs from the design preview you approved at checkout.
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@theaurexio.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the same payment provider used at checkout. Depending on your bank or provider, funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
4. When refunds are not available
- Change of mind after the file has been successfully delivered and is usable as previewed.
- Errors in content you entered yourself (typos, wrong names or dates) — though contact us and we will do our best to help you fix and re-generate the design.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster directly than through a bank dispute.
